Getting your voucher

When your organization includes Uber benefits:

Voucher restrictions

Depending on your host’s policy, your voucher may include:

Time restrictions:

• Active only during your authorized travel dates
• Expires automatically when your trip ends

Location restrictions:

• Limited to approved pickup and dropoff areas
• Typically includes event venue, hotel, and airport

Spending limits:

• Maximum amount per ride
• Daily spending limits
• Total voucher value limit

Vehicle types:

• Specific ride types allowed (UberX, Uber Black, etc.)

Troubleshooting

Voucher not working

Check these items:

• Voucher code entered correctly in Uber app
• Current date/time is within voucher active period
• Pickup and dropoff locations are within approved areas
• Selected ride type is allowed by your organization’s policy
• Voucher balance hasn’t been exhausted
