Hotel Booking
Juno automatically selects and books hotels based on your organization’s travel policies, preferred partners, and your event location. You get appropriate accommodations without needing to research and book yourself.
How Hotel Selection Works
When your host invites you, they may provide the exact hotel selected for you, a stack-ranked list to compare, or a hotel policy to follow.
Using these inputs, Juno automatically selects the best hotel based on your organization’s policy.
When booking your hotel, Juno shows the selected property and lets you confirm the booking or inform the organization that you’re arranging alternative accommodations.
Requesting Changes
On the selection page, you can request different check-in/out dates or a different room type. These requests require approval from your host’s coordinator.
After Booking
Check-In Process
Juno prepays your hotel stay, so you don’t need to pay out of pocket to check in. At check-in:
- Present your ID: Most hotels require a government-issued photo ID.
- Provide a card for incidentals: Juno’s payment covers room cost, not incidentals (e.g., parking, room service). If allowed by policy, you may submit approved incidentals for reimbursement after check-out. Review policy before incurring costs.
If you have issues with check-in—especially payment or room availability—contact Scout via chat or +1 (218) 275-5866. Scout will connect you to a travel agent.
During Your Stay
- Business services - Most hotels offer printing, fax, and meeting spaces
- Concierge assistance - Help with directions, restaurants, and local services
- Room service/dining - Check your expense policy for meal coverage
- Spa/fitness - Personal services are typically not covered by corporate rates
