Inviting a Guest
Overview
Juno’s seamless invitation system is designed for maximum efficiency—coordinators can specify trip parameters in under a minute, and Juno handles the entire booking and coordination flow beyond the invite.
Inviting Individual Guests
Visit the Invite Form
From your dashboard, click the “Invite Guests” button dropdown in the top navigation
Enter Guest Information
In the first step of the invitation process, you’ll provide:
Email Address (required): The guest’s email address where the invitation will be sent |
| First Name (optional): The guest’s first name |
| Last Name (optional): The guest’s last name |
Custom Fields (if configured): Any additional information fields specific to your organization |
Add Event Details
In the second step, you’ll specify the event details:
Event Dates: Select the start and end dates for the guest’s event |
Event Location: Enter the location of the event or meeting |
Products/Services: Select which products the guest will have access to |
Review and Submit
In the final step, you’ll review all the information entered for this guest, make any necessary adjustments by navigating back to previous steps, and submit the invitation.
Once submitted, the guest will receive an email invitation to access their Juno account, and you’ll see a confirmation page with the invitation details. The guest will also appear in your Active Guests list.
Managing Guest Invitations
Invitation Dashboard
After sending invitations, you can track everything from your coordinator dashboard:
- Invitation status: Real-time tracking of pending, accepted, and completed invitations
- Guest activity: Monitor when guests log in, complete onboarding, and book travel
- Action items: See what follow-up actions may be needed
Remember: Once you send the invitation, Juno handles the complex coordination work. Your guests receive guided, policy-compliant travel booking tools and automated expense management, reducing your ongoing coordination burden significantly.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Invitation Delivery Problems
- Bounced emails: Check email addresses for typos; corporate spam filters may block invitations
- Missing invitations: Guests should check spam/junk folders; resend if necessary
- Login issues: Ensure guests are using the exact email address from the invitation
